Review inspection and citation details
Explore inspection dates, case status, cited standards, penalties and available changes, with links to the official OSHA record. Open the source record to check the details before using them in your research.
Explore your market
Filter U.S. private-sector inspection records by industry, location and date. Coverage is updated regularly and includes open and closed cases; it is not a complete historical archive. An inspection provides research context, not proof that a company needs your services.
Find company details with Prism AI
Find available company websites, business details and published contact channels alongside the inspection. Supporting sources help you review the business before reaching out.
Company information and contact availability vary. Published business phone numbers and general inboxes may be available; named decision-makers and personal emails are not included.
What the CSV contains
Inspection exports include inspection identifier, establishment, opening date, state, NAICS code, industry title, case status, recorded current penalty, citation count and the OSHA source link. The CSV exports inspection data; it does not include a complete contact database or provide a native CRM integration.
Download the fictional sample CSV to see a simplified illustration. The sample has fewer columns than the product export and contains no real companies.
