Waitlist emails
When you join the waitlist, OSHA Finder stores your email address, the time you agreed to launch updates and the version of that notice. We use this information for product launch and access updates. Joining does not create a product account or purchase a subscription.
Entries are stored privately with Google Firebase in the United States. The website does not offer public access to the list. Entries are scheduled for deletion after one year unless you separately sign up for the product. Deletion may take additional time to complete.
Leaving the waitlist
You can remove an entry from the browser where you first joined. We save a private removal key in that browser, without your email address. Keep that browser storage until you no longer need the entry. Clearing it or switching browsers removes access to this control.
Optional Google Analytics
If you choose “Allow analytics,” we use Google Analytics to understand which pages visitors read and whether they complete the waitlist form. Analytics cookies help distinguish visits. We do not send your waitlist email to Google Analytics. Page addresses sent by our tracking code exclude query strings and fragments.
Analytics is off until you allow it. Declining does not affect the website or waitlist form. Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to change your choice. Withdrawing consent stops future tracking from this site and clears its analytics cookies; it does not remove data already processed by Google.
We store your analytics choice in your browser for six months. Google processes analytics data under its own privacy policy. Hosting services also process connection information needed to serve and protect the website.
Product accounts
The private application has separate access controls. The public waitlist does not grant access to inspection data or change an existing account.
